1. Where do I find the products available?
At Portal Partners, in the logged area, you will have access to all plans information and coverage difference.
2. How do I know if you have a network available to the customer?
The search for dentists can be done through the site or in the logged area of Portal Partners. Then, just inform the location data such as zip code, state, city and neighborhood where you want care. Then just choose the specialty and ready!The relationship of dentists with the contacts of the clinics will appear on the screen.
3. How to make sales of PF and PME plans?
The selling process is quite simple! With the digital journey, just go to the partner portal, choose the desired sales option and enter the company or beneficiary data. The process is very intuitive and you can follow the guidelines that will appear on the screen. Important! No customer documentation is required. If you have any questions, go to the training section to view the step by step.
4. How do I have access to proposals sold through the portal?
When you log in to Portal Partners, select the 'Proposals List' option and you will be able to view all sales, as well as track the status of each proposal.
In Corretora Access (CNPJ) you can track the proposals of all your sales force, resubmit an email acceptance of not expired proposal (waiting acceptance), update the customer's email and download the ticket from the first installment (afterthe acceptance and before maturity).
5. How do I reset password at Portal Partners?
To reset the CPF/CNPJ password, just go to the Portal Partners website and click I forgot my password. Then a link will be sent to your password registration email.
